Something has shifted.
You’re not quite who you were before.
And you haven’t quite found the words for it yet.
A thinking space for women in the in-between.
Who this is for
Some women arrive at the practice with a specific transition in front of them. A role they’ve outgrown. A relationship ending. A return to work after time away. A quiet recognition that the life they’ve built no longer fits the woman they’re becoming. They know what’s changed. They just need somewhere to think about it honestly.
Others arrive without a tidy reason. They are still functioning. From the outside, everything looks fine. But underneath, something has been quietly forming. A sense that the version of themselves they’ve been performing is no longer the one they want to carry forward. They don’t yet have language for it. They are here because they are ready to find it.
Most women carry both. The named transition, and the unnamed shift underneath it. They come because they have spent a long time being the reliable one. And they are ready to hear themselves clearly, for the first time in years.
Whatever the surface looks like, the question underneath is usually the same.
Who am I becoming? And what comes next?
The work
The Nabbale Practice offers one to one coaching in private partnerships of four, six, or twelve sessions. The work takes place online, in confidence, and at a pace that protects honest thinking.
Each conversation takes the time it needs. There is no agenda set in advance. You bring what is alive for you, and the conversation goes where it needs to go.
What this means in practice is that you can arrive without a tidy reason. You can think aloud without having to have it figured out. You can change your mind in the middle of a sentence. You can let a question sit, without having to land on an answer. The work is reflective. It moves at your pace.
It is not therapy, and it is not mentoring. You will not be given a framework to apply, or advice about what to do. The work is not about fixing you.
About the practice
The Nabbale Practice was founded by Angela Nabbale. Over a decade in senior leadership informs the way she works. Years of holding things together under pressure. Of making decisions when the stakes were real.
She has also navigated, personally, the kinds of transitions the women she coaches are navigating. Burnout. Loss. The slow, unglamorous work of learning to protect her own peace.
The space the practice offers is one she once needed herself.

How we work together
Coaching is offered in three partnerships. All sessions take place online, in confidence, and last 60 minutes. Each partnership is payable in full, or monthly with the first payment made in advance to secure your place.
“With both my children now at university, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of who I was outside of being a mum. Angela’s coaching helped me reconnect with myself and explore what I truly enjoy in this new season of life.”
