Sawa Wellness offers guided group spaces designed to support your well-being, growth, and self-reflection. At the heart of our work are facilitated Wellness Circles — spaces where we explore meaningful themes together, in community.

These aren’t spaces for giving or receiving advice. Instead, we hold space to reflect, to listen deeply, and to share when it feels right.
You’ll connect with others who understand what it means to carry layered experiences — and through shared reflection, you’ll start to reconnect with your own voice, values, and truth.

 If you’re joining a membership, your subscription will renew monthly or quarterly depending on your plan and you can cancel anytime.

After booking, you’ll receive a simple email with your Zoom link and a few things to help you feel ready and grounded before the session.

What to Expect

How will I join the session?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and everything you need to know. A reminder will be sent 48 hours before your session.

Do I have to speak or share?

Sharing is optional. You're encouraged to bring an open mind and a respectful presence — whether you speak or simply listen.

Will I need to have my camera on?

Yes. We ask all participants to keep cameras on to help create a sense of connection, safety, and openness in the space.

 

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes — cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours in advance.

 

What should I bring?

A notebook or journal, a cup of tea if you'd like, and a quiet space where you can be present. Come as you are.

 

I’ve never joined a circle or workshop before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many people are new to this kind of space. We’ll walk with you — gently and with care.
